You agree to provide supporting documentation when requested, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad (National Identity Card), passport, proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. For USDT deposits, the applicable MYR conversion rate at the time of transaction will be applied.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the spingo cashier at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. spingo reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet — same business day; FPX bank transfer — 1 to 3 business days; USDT TRC20 — within 24 hours of verification. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC review. spingo will not be liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in the spingo cashier and may be updated from time to time. Limits may be varied for individual accounts based on account tier, verification status, or risk assessment.
Funds deposited but not wagered at least once before withdrawal may be subject to a processing fee or withdrawal restriction at the discretion of spingo. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus Terms before they may be withdrawn. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. spingo will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your consent, except as required by applicable law or regulation.
spingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time for the following reasons, without limitation:
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not related to Member fault, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completed KYC verification.
